Down The Rabbit Whole

Hello everyone!! How are you? I am back on schedule today, finally!! So today I am going to post about a party I went to on Sunday :D

It was my friend Maisey's 18th birthday party and she threw an Alice in Wonderland themed tea party!! There was no alcohol but a lot and a lot of cake!!

One end of the table with me, the Prince of Hearts and the Cheshire Cat!
The other end of the table with two white rabbits, two Hearts servants and one Alice
I went as Alice!! I wish I could of have a dress or something like the one in the movie, but I improvised haha!!
Me with the white rabbit! I don't think I ever kept still long enough for a decent picture haha!!
It was loads of fun!! At first we were all sat round the table I had a cup of tea and then some coke and the Cheshire Cat and the Prince of Hearts kept making me laugh everything I tried to sip my coke and resulted in me, a few times, spitting my coke out!! They are eeevillll to me!! Soon we migrated into the living room to kinda watch the movie and kinda mess about!! We chattered a lot and the Prince kept making disturbing noises everytime the Bloodhound came on TV hahaha it was so funny!! Here is a lovely picture of me and my friends messing about:
Maybe I am angry because they are my sunglasses? IDK
At some point, half the room had migrated to the middle room and the few of us that were left creeped out into the garden and then scared them by pressing themselves up against the window from the darkness of the garden....well okay, only I did the window thing, but it was funny and they all jumped and screamed!!
I'MA EATCHU
After that we went into the same room and turned the light off and caused trouble and get blinded by people randomly flashing their cameras so every five seconds the room was lit up by a camera flash MY EYYYES!!
At some point before it turned dark, pictures were taken of everyone in the garden!! So here are some:
The birthday girl as the Mad Hatter and the Cheshire Cat
All the Alice's
The White Rabbits! With the Cheshire Cat peeking in
The Prince of Hearts and his minions
When it was dark, we eventually headed into the garden and sat in a circle chatting till I demanded some sort of party game, which, in the end, turned into Truth or Dare!! I asked for one dare and I had to eat a spoonful of coffee and threw up it was sooooo DISGUSTING never again!! At 10:10pm we had the birthday cake :D Me and the cat kept passing it round the table, not actually stopping it and at some point I licked two slices, but people ate it regardless haha!! I hope they have my cold, gross people!! I didn't really feel like cake at that point so I nibbled at a bit and didn't finish my slice, so I gave it to my dustbin AKA the Prince. I think he polished off about three slices!!

It was a brilliant night and I am so glad I went, even if I did have to get up at 615 the next morning!! Sooo tired but I slept on the minibus to Cheddar Gorge (blog about that tomorrow). I shall leave you with a group photo!

Sorry I been away folks!! + Mums 50th

I won't be able to answer all the messages I got over the past couple of weeks, sorry!! I have been ill for one week and still recovering from it, the flu, nasty stuff. And also a little bit depressed but I do feel a little better now and since its been over two weeks, I thought I had best post a blog entry!! I am so sorry for not blogging for so long and I have finally hit 70 followers and I am SO happy thank you so much!! When I hit 100 (if I ever do) I will definitely be doing a give away!! Wow 70 followers, I never thought I would even get 10!! Thank you all so much!!

Well what else have I been up to? On the 1st, it was my mums 50th birthday party!! Here is a picture of my lovely mum opening some cards:

I wore my favourite fancy dress, which I have had for a while now, cost £90 from Next a couple of Christmas' ago!!

Little gold scarf as a shawl over the top of it to keep me warm!! We had the party at the lovely Spinnaker Tower, 120 metres above the harbour at Gunwharf Quays. I took some photos of the lit up city of Portsmouth but they came out a bit blurry hehe

But still very pretty! There was a glass floor and I didn't take very good photos of it, but my cousin did so here is pictures from the glass floor (which I loved standing on and looking down!)

The waiters weren't half bad looking but I didn't get any photos of them, boo hoo!! But I did tell my friend they usually work at the cafe underneath the tower and she was like ooooooo lets go there!! So might be going there sometime haha!!
All the family over 21 were there and it was great fun!! A lot of my cousins are over 21 now and I love all my family they are such fun!! Here is a picture of my and my dad (with my cousin and her partner)
And here is a picture of me with my cousin!
Now, I do have a drink in my hand there and chances are it was normal coke, though I did have two malibus and coke, I don't really drink and I don't really need it to have fun!! Plenty of sugar from coke and the chocolate fountain helps though!!

It was a brilliant night and I enjoyed it so much, had to take my shoes off at some point though, my feet were killing me!! Good thing my mum booked the hotel cause I went back,  put a face mask on and relaxed in bed till half one, reading!! Was brilliant, though my feet did hurt for quite a bit!! Luckily they were fine the next day and I treated myself to a chocolate pastry and a yogurt for breakfast with plenty of OJ and water, and then went out and bought a starbucks after wards (strawberry and cream frap with a strawberry cupcake anyone?) This was my morning after outfit, nothing too fancy:

The room was nice but there wasn't any freebies *sad face* But thats to be expected from a Holiday Inn haha!!

View from the window!
I shall see if I can fit another blog in today, if not, blog tomorrow!! Sorry its been so long, love you guys!!

Friday Fun ~ Sunday Haul

Hello bloggers!! Long time no blog!! Well all is back on schedule today!! But more of that later I think ;D
I haven't been up to much apart from Friday and yesterday, since I got back from my boyfriends Thursday, moped most of Friday and just stayed in all Saturday!!
Friday evening me and my dad went to a family party to celebrate my Godfathers grandsons 4th birthday! He looked so cute in his little Buzz Lightyear outfit but I forgot to take a photo!! *shot*
This is my wonderful not scary friend, Lou :D
My dad and my Godfather have been friends for years and years, but my Godfather lives near Dubai for work at the moment so when they get together they hang out and act like kids!! For example, my Godfather threw some shoes at me haha!! And when I went outside I found them playing with glow sticks...
Godfather looking at me, Dad closest to me.
This was right before they threw them at me!! I am so abused T_T
I dressed in a blue summer dress but I forgot to take a picture d'oh!! But I took a silly picture of me so you can kinda see my blue sparkly make up!
Neeerr
Half way through the night, Lou decided to fall on the floor and the kids (and the bigger kids) jumped on her!!
After most of them got off!!
Ahhh I kinda did get Archie in his Buzz Lightyear outfit after all haha!! Lou was just giggling all through it and so was Archie!! You can see the feet of Brooke in the left shes so cute!! Luckily she was wearing clothes here, when we first got there, she promptly took off her Spanish dress!!
We wore the kids out after Kurt kept running around the house being chased by them and we played balloon catching with them. They fell asleep on a blow up bed people blew up for them.
Awwww
So cute!! We soon left after that and went to bed!
As I said Saturday was boring and I just stayed in all day!!
Sunday, my mum booked a personal shopper and we went to Debenhams!! I love that shop but it can be a bit out of my price range, so I was lucky my mum was with me this time!! Here is what I wore:
Yumi dress, M&S Cardy
We sat in this little room with its own changing room and free tea, coffee or water!! I chose water as they had no green tea, my mum had a cup of tea. They are getting a suite specially for the personal shoppers soon but its just a building site at the moment!!
Three mirrors on the right wall, the changing room through the door!
Once we told her what we like, she went out for 15 minutes and bought a rail in of amazing clothes!! I was a bit dissapointed she bought in some lovely clothes for me but the style what they are, they didn't fit over my hips!! I am small on top and big on the bottom and she didn't seem to realise that!! But she was very good for my mum!!
Big rail of clothes!
My mum eventually picked out three dresses, two for her holiday to South Africa and one for a party!! I got a photo but it fuzzed a little cause my mum moved!!
I love the detail on it!!
Now all was not at a loss for me!! When we first came in, she had a maxi dress over the hooks from a previous shopper which I loved the look off!! I tried one on and it looked really nice and the Personal Shopper found a great belt to go with it!!
Love that print!!
belt to toughen up girly outfits a bit!!
And my now prize possession which I ADORE and fell in love with as soon as I saw it. A dark purple satchel bag. OMG I LOVE IT
My pretty baby
This bag is going to be looked after like no bag before it!! I want to keep it for ever and ever!! Its so lovely and soft fake leather and metal detail on the straps and the clasp and it has two pockets inside with a inner zipper pocket on one of them and a place to put my phone!! Ahhh I love it so much!!
Lovely colour too!!

Now after a lovely shop, I relaxed the rest of the day!! I decided to paint my nails in GOSH's Holographic!! I love the colour!!
Little flower detail
Look how pretty it is in the light!!
That sums it up for the past couple of days!! Today I start college again so I will probably take photos today!! And I go back home tonight so I might be able to update my blog tonight!! If not, I will see you tomorrow morning girls and boys ;D

Weekend Weddings (and other things!)

Nerrrr :P

Hi guys!! Hows it been!! I hope you are all doing well!! I haven't been up to much, finished college and just been bumming around between Hull and Portsmouth!! At the moment I am in Hull, for about a month before college restarts!! I get my results this week I hope to GOD I haven't failed too badly!! I am so scared!!

But anyways, enough of my boring life and onto something we all love (even if we don't believe in them!):
WEDDINGS

At the weekend, me and the boyfie went to his Aunties wedding! Even though the weather was predicted rain, the sun shone for us and it was lovely and warm!! I went out shopping the day before to see if I could pick up a last minute outfit (I had one planned but any excuse to buy new things!) and Primani became my new heaven (while in Hull, Yumi is still my favourite down south shop, more on that later ;) ) They have such lovely girly things there at the moment!! Some of it is quite seethrough, to the disgust of the boyfie who said it looks like nighties and looks too slutty to wear in day time (god I love him, bless!). I managed to scoop myself a new dress in pale blue with a lacy flower pattern all over, some pretty bows and a lovely pair of nude pink shoes, which cost alltogether less than £30!!

Dress - £15, Tights - £2.50, Shoes - £10, Bows in hair - £1.50, Umbrella - £4 all from Primani! Handbag & belt was my own :D
All the outfits at the wedding were lovely and a lot of the women had gorgeous shoes!! (Man I LOVE shoes right now, I am already thinking about winter shoe boots!!)
We started off the day in a hurried panic. Well, I didn't, I got up at half 8, had my breakfast, scowled at my boyfriend for getting in the shower before me and taking so long and then getting ready by about 10:15 with fifteen minutes to spare before the taxi arrived!! I organise the night before, set all the stuff out neatly so its ready for the next day! His mam and sister, how ever, had to go to the hair dressers on the day to get their hair done and by the time they got home, his mam realised that she had holes in her tights and didn't have time to buy some new ones! Luckily she had a pair of leggings to go with the dress she wore, so all was well by the time we got  in the taxi's!
After a hurried dash through town to the registry office, realising we weren't late, we relaxed and chatted before everyone was herded into a very small waiting room where we tried not to step on each others toes!!

Here comes the bride!
The bride looked stunning in a lovely floor length black dress, all floaty and pretty!! More pictures you will see later! The ceremony was sweet, but I couldn't help myself when I let out a tiny quiet giggle at the registra. He has this weird soft quiet voice that made me want to giggle so much!! But the bride and groom looked very happy!

The groom had tears in his eyes and you could tell by his voice how over whelmed with emotion he was!
After the standing up ceremony, we had the signing of the book (we were in a Registry Office incase I didn't mention that earlier!) and many a photo were taken!!

The happy couple :D
After much photo taking, we spilled out into the street and just up the road to a small park where many a more picture were taken!! I do love a good photo sesh and taking them in the middle of a green park with the warm sun shining down on you is just perfect!!

The bride and her lovely daughters!
I loved what both girls were wearing but I feel the one in the white dress was too skinny and it showed in that dress, you need boobs for it. But her shoes were so lovely and from New Look!! The blue dress, I want, I believe I was told it was from Oli.com! It was £30 and here is the link for it: Pretty Maxi Dress!
Floaty prettyness :D
There was of course the tradition family shots!!

My boyfriend is the very very tall one. His older sister is in the nude dress (£65 from Next catalogue), little brother in the suit and blue tie and his youngest sister in the pink dress. His mum is in the grey dress on the far left!
I was just there to take photos I didn't want to be in any of the shots as I wasn't family!! After the main bridal party shots, we milled around waiting for taxis to take us to the reception at a small pub in Queens street called RUSCADOR'S, used to be The Heritage pub! Heres a few more shots from the gardens:

Me posing in my dress haha!

The brides two daughters (white and blue) and boyfies two sisters (pink and nude). You can just see his older sisters sparkely gemmed shoes!

The boyfie and his family!

Me and the boyfie (excuse my dumb face!)
Once we were at the pub, we all found somewhere to sit and chatted with each other, waiting for the best man speech (awwww he was nearly crying!) where he made a joke right at the begining. "They say the best man speech is usually as long as the love making as the bride and groom....so please raise your glasses!" and he also said another, "I best stop now as my jokes are so bad even the cake is in tiers!". I laughed a lot at that one, I shall remember that!! The spread was lovely, none of the posh fancy food which you don't know whats what and are very scared to try, but lovely normal foods like prawns, mussels, quiches, sandwiches, crisps. I love buffets :D I ate mostly prawns, crab sticks and mussels, and also those little poofy pastries with toppings on top. They had two cakes, one sponge one for us people who don't like fruit cake, and the pretty wedding cake was all fruit cake!

Ooo what a pretty cake! Taken by boyfies little sister!

After we had our fill, more photos were taken on the little raised bit which I supposed was normaly for inhouse bands!

Awww the happy couple!

A family shot :D (The younger brother had left as he was bored)
Then there was the traditional cutting of the cake:

Both looking happy!

And finally, at half 4 in the afternoon, our little troupe decided it was time to leave!! So with slightly aching feet and full bellies, we walked back into the main area of town and caught a bus (glamorous!) home and relaxed. I didn't personally get changed, as I was comfy  in my clothes, but boyfie and his sisters did and then his older sister came round to look at the photos and upload onto facebook (of which I did the same after she left!). The day was long but it was full of love and happiness (and cake) and I had a good time!!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sunday was just a normal Sunday for me, relaxing in the bath for about an hour (to which my boyfie said when I got out "how long do you need your bath!") where I scrubbed, shaved and bubbled my way to relaxation then  threw on a comfy outfit of black leggings and a shirt dress. We spent the day tidying and messing around with bikes (as in cycles). Boyfie was teaching me how to ride a bike again, as I hadn't since I was 12 due to operations on my hips, but my gosh do I have a sore bum today!! We had a lovely spagbol for dinner and an early night as boyfie has to get up at half 6 in the morning for work!!
But since its now 12:38pm I had best leave this blog post for now and get on with my Monday!! I have things to do today and spent all morning on the internet already!! Hope you ladies (and gentlemen) have a nice day!
