Yes, we are back to my weight loss diaries! Finally! Good to be back! I have been away due to being with the boyfie and things, and last week I was just not feeling the blogging vibe, but I have weighed myself today and feeling good!
So lets start off with some facts and measurements! I know its been over a month since my last weigh in, but don't expect a massive difference, as I pig out when with the boyfriend, and also, I have had lots of take away chinese and general bad food in the past month!!
Weight:
13 stone 10 3/4 pounds/87.4 kilograms. That's a loss of 2 pounds/1 kilo! It's not much but I am super impressed and happy I haven't PUT ON weight to be honest! Considering I have had three chinese take aways in three weeks, I think not being over my last weigh in is impressive haha! If I hadn't had them, imagine how much more I would of lost!
Measurements:
- Bust: 36 inches/91.4 cms ~ 1 inch/2.6 cms off! Whoop!
- Waist: 32 inches/81 cms ~ 1 inch/3 cms off here too! Tiny waist here I come ;)
- Hips: 46.5 inches/118 cms ~ 1.5 inches/6 cms off WOW, that is a bit of an impressive trim for me!
Exercise:
Not really any today, just a bit of walking to my friends house!
Food:
~ Skinny Sprinkles
~ Cranberry juice, whole meal toast, vitalite and honey
~ Green tea with lemon + sugar (less than one tea spoon)
~ Home made ginger biscuit
~ Quorn ham slice sarnie and muller rice strawberry
~ Coco Pops + sweets
The last bit was because I was at my friends and she gave me coco pops for dinner haha!! I didn't mind, nom nom nom!
