Sorry I missed yesterdays food diary, I was so tired and just didn't have the energy!! But here is a blog post of my fun times today, plus food I have eaten!
It was time to go round my friend Kiri's today! She is a lolita so she has lots of lovely wigs, so I HAD to chose one to go with my outfit :D I love wigs, but I don't own any T3T I chose this lovely lilac one to go with my dress!!
We went to a little film thingy to watch A Level films and vote and listen to writers from TV, it was quite cool and very interesting to learn about the film/tv/script writing industry! Before we hoped on the minibus, we had to take full body shots though :D
She went in 'casual' lolita outfit, with a long wavy wig :D And a very cute bear hat!! I love lolitas, they are so cute <3
I wore a kinda rockabilly retro look, in my new dress from Dorothy Perkins and the wig!! I love this dress, I want many more like it <3
After the film thing, we came home and now we are chilling out. I am watching her make a lolita dress, because she is just that awesome that she MAKES HER OWN DRESSES, while I blog and go on deviant art!
But down to business! Food diary time!
Skinny sprinkles with milk = YUM
Glass of water
Cup of green tea with lemon and small sugar
Breakfast: Honey on wholemeal toast with vitalite spread
Grapes
Lunch: Home made salad (rocket, spinach, carrot, spring onion) with prawns and tomato and chilli salsa
A slice of 'Herman cake (small)'
Dinner: Buffet! Carrot sticksx2, pepper slicesx2, small salmon bites with cream cheese x4, samosa x 1
Another slice of Herman cake and a hot chocolate (naughty!)
Various glasses of water during the day (I forget after the first one to count!)
Its not too bad, considering Wednesday is my worst day for food! And I resisted the slices of Victoria sponge at the buffet!
We are all ready for bed now, just chilling and listening to Lord of the Rings audio tapes :D

Weight Diary Week 1 Day 1
Hello every one! As I said in my recent update, I will be documenting my weight loss and how I am getting on each week! The days may differ, due to my location, so updates will either be Monday or Tuesdays for the main 'weigh' in, and every day I will try and post a 'food diary' entry (plus photos if I remember).
This week will be the first updates! Hello! I suppose I best start with the embarrassing bit: my measurements ToT These will be updated each week!
Weight: 14 stone 1 pounds/ 89Kg (urrrggggg -_-')
Bust: 37 inches/94 cms
Waist: 34 inches/86 cms
Hips: 49 inches/124.5 cms
My height is 5 foot 4 inches/162.56 cms, so that means I need to lose weight and soon, because I am walking into a whole host of health problems if I don't! I recently lost half a stone, but put it all back on -_-' Annoyed with myself doesn't cover it!
My problem areas are generally my arms, belleh and legs, though I don't mind having big legs/hips/butt, as long as they are toned, which they are not! Plus I have back fat, which I really don't want and it makes me cry.
SO, in order to lose that half a stone again, and more, I am putting myself on a diet. And today was day one. And I don't feel too bad :D I have had cravings for sugar/chocolate all day, but I have been like NO, MONDAYS IS NOT A TREAT DAY. Plus when I think I want something (like earlier on, I wanted an ice lolly cause its HOT) I think to myself; what will I gain from the food? Has it any benefits to my health? If it don't (which ice lollies don't, baw!) then I won't have it!
I recently won a box of Skinny Sprinkles the other Friday and I got them on last Friday, so I decided to start them today! You are mean't to drink 3 a day, but I am too busy to have my lunch time one, so I did 2 today! They sure do work! I felt more awake and alert, and I felt fuller too! I barely managed to finish my dinner, which was a small portion (though it was so nice, I HAD to finish it, I just had too ;D ) So hopefully, these guys will help!
You basically pour the mixture in and stir it in water till its about right, then drink! It smells like strawberries and tastes like strawberry medicine. It's not really a meal replacement (more like a snack one) or you drink it 20 minutes before your meal so you feel more full up. The fibre in it expands in your stomach! And its got good stuff in it too, as well as caffeine (so don't have it too late!)
Food Diary time! Now, bare in mind this isn't a 'diet' diet, its a healthy eating plan, to sort out my sugar cravings and make sure I eat proper food and get my daily intakes. I will be trying to keep up with tracking stuff on My Fitness Pal, but sometimes I am lazy and don't update things, pahahaha!

Breakfast: Tesco Pomegranate and Raspberry Wheats with rice milk, and a small glass of cranberry juice. I know it sounds like a lot of sugar, but its not that bad :P And its low fat, and keeps me full for aaages!
Snacked on grapes
Lunch: home made salad; tuna, rocket, red onion, carrot, spinach and spring onion with a boiled egg. This was DELICIOUS OHM NOM NOM. I love home making salads cause you can put what ever the hell you want in it!
Snacked on 3 cracker breads with a thin coating of Vitalite and Philadelphia Sweet Chilli spreadable cheese.
Dinner: home made pasta with prawns, mushrooms and red onions in a home made cheese sauce (Chilli Philly) topped with a sprinkling of cheese. It was a small portion so it wasn't too bad :P AND IT WAS SO NICE
Snacked on an apple
Drank: multiple cups/bottles of water, 2 x Green teas, 1 x Ginger and lemon tea, 1 x Peppermint tea
Because I was out and about today, I generally wasn't still for that long. I had college for a couple of hours in the morning, then walked round town, before going to my dads for lunch then heading home, where I did some washing and sorted out my drawers. I also started the day with 10 squats so I wasn't too sedentary!
Thus ends the round up for today. I feel full and content and not having cravings any more, so a good start! Oh, it looks like my fitness pal just crashed, so I don't know if I can put all my food diary in today, but I think I hit my targets!!

Life Update
Hello every one!
I know I know, I have been away for sooooo looooong, but I am making another attempt at this blogging thing ;)
This is just a quick blog post to say hi, I am still alive! And to let you know what I have been up too!
I am nearly finished with my first year of college now! I have finished most things, except waxing, which I am not keen on, because I love relaxing people and making them feel better with massage and manicure, things like that! I want to have my own spa resort later on in life, named The Lazy Cat Resort! I still have a year left after this though!
I have a jobby! It's only a part time jobby at Primarni (Primark/Pennys), but its awesome and I love it, and it brings in the money! I started early May and it is a permanent job, and I have also applied for a second job at another place, but that's a secret shhhhhh
In weight terms, I have lost about half a stone! I say about because I recently went to Crete, then the week after I saw Nate and the week after that I had PMS soooooo, I have probably put weight back on but I am working out this week and eating less again and I will be weighing myself Friday and restarting my journey with you guys! That will be on Fridays!
I am also going to my first festival in August too! WOO, READING FESTIVAL HERE I COME!!
Now, I must go to bed as I have to be up in the morning for college!
