London!!

Hello every body! How are you?

Recently, me and my mum took a trip to London to see the musical, Ghost! I managed to remember to take lots of photos so I can do a write up of it!! Enjoy!!

Pluto :D
When we first got into London, we hit Oxford Street (of course!)!! I had a special interest in this as I wanted to check out the Forever 21 store!! If I wasn't hungry and a bit tired still, I would of had a proper look round, not just in the first bit! But I still found plenty of things I wanted :D My mum said I could have one thing for Christmas, so I picked a thick blue cardigan with gold and silver details on it!! You will see it after Christmas :P

After that we went to the Disney Store, to check out the Christmas decorations (YAY) and to look for presents for friends kids. I love the Christmas set up, especially this arch way over the staircase down, with Pluto sticking out! Managed to get another Christmas present here, a metal flask themed Pirates of the Caribbean, with Jack Sparrow on it, YUM!!

Next up, it was definitely time for lunch!! We went to Garfunkles for noms, and I ordered this lovely sized pizza for my lunch! It was just an ordinary margarita pizza but it was so GOOD!! Here you can also see my gold painted nails and my massive man watch :P
My mum had tuna and mozzarella panini with chunky chips and salsa dip! It tasted good too, she let me pinch a bit!!

Obviously I had to have dessert, just to keep me going until dinner, so I picked my old favourite, cheesecake!!

Ohm nom nom
Next, we took a stroll down Regents Street, hitting Dahlia, my favourite little boutique shop, just off Carnaby Street, full of cute girly dresses!! Another Christmas present ;) Picked up my second Dahlia dress, one for wearing Christmas day! So that's my outfit sorted!!
We also discovered, down a little side road, an Illamasqua store YAY!! Managed to convince my mum to check it out and we had a look round! I haven't tried Illamasqua before, but I have heard of it on the blogging sphere and was very interested! Managed to bag a lipstick for Christmas!! YAY

Next was a lovely treat, a trip into the Ice Bar!! If you have not heard of this, it is a bar made entirely of ice! I took so many pics in there, I could probably fill this blog, so I picked three to show you!

They had engravings in the ice like this around the room

Wearing the large eskimo style coats and gloves you have to wear, since it's below 0!!

Me in the Ice Bar with my bear hat on!!
It was so much fun in there, but I think me and my mum only lasted about half an hour before it got a bit too chilly! It's very small, so it gets packed easily, but it was a truly brilliant experience being in an entire room made out of Ice!

We slowly took our time walking down Regents Street to Piccadilly, popping into Godiva to have a drool over the chocolates!
Mmmmm, looks so good!
We were going to get a box for £7 but it turns out the prices are very clear and £7 was just for the strawberries!! It was about £12 for a box of strawberries AND the chocolate covering them! Can some one say rip off? I know its a luxury chocolate brand, but that's just ridiculous! It was a shame, because they looked so good! But we refused to pay that much for them!

After wandering around Piccadilly, looking for the theatre, we found it, and then decided on dinner!! I had spotted a particular favourite of mine that we could check out ;)
RAINFOREST CAFE *spazzes*
I LOVE Rainforest Cafe!! I would go there every week if I could afford it! It's like being a kid again, and reminds me of Florida! The thunder storm, the animated animals, the delicious food. HEAVEN.

Starry sky, with occasional shooting star we were sat under
Elephants we were sat near, a couple sat right next too and jumped when they went off!
There always seems to be a fish tank near the toilets :D
I heard this guy keep going off, but I went round the restaurant and couldn't find him! That was until I looked up!!
We managed to spend about an hour and a half to two hours in there, ordering nachos and these delicious coated prawns!! We had a natter, ate slowly (it wasn't busy) and I checked out all the animals on the upper level! I love walking around it, seeing all the animatronic animals!

Unfortunately, we weren't allowed to take photos inside the theatre for Ghost, but I can tell you, it was AWESOME!! Thoroughly enjoyed it, and it was unfortunate we had to leave as soon as it ended, missing the curtain calls, but we had a train to catch!

Here's the last photos of the day, just pics of the bags on the train, our little haul!!

Bag containing lovely dress :D
My mum wanted the Christmas one, but I chose this one because its mine and I have to use it all year :P
LIPSTICK YES
I hope you enjoyed my blog update on my trip to London and enjoyed the photos! Let me know any thoughts and comments! Have you been to any of these places before? Have you seen Ghost? Let me know!!

STAY BEAUTIFUL

HELLO and Thank you! Plus OOTD!

I would like to start of by saying a whacking great big HELLO AND THANK YOU to my new followers <333 I hope I am not too boring for you and you enjoy my bloggy!!

Today, I had to go to North London for a family get together, as it was my Step-Grandfathers 80th birthday!! I don't mind going there as much as I used too (maybe I am growing up LE GASP), it probably helped I was in good spirits today!! I met a lovely old lady I hadn't seen before, called Moira, whose parents were Irish but she was born in Yorkshire! I love talking to elderly people, I find their stories fascinating (I am weird like that) because you are learning about a different era! I wish I was born in the 50s sometimes :( THE CLOTHES!!
Anyways, I always try and look nice when I go up there, so I put on one of my favourite longer dresses:

I love this dress, I got it in a sale at Peacocks!! Not too sure where the jacket is from (for one who goes shopping a lot of the stuff I wear can be a few seasons old!) and the shoes are from Dorothy Perkins! My favourite shoes to wear at the moment as they are SO COMFY and high, perfect for a little short person like me! (5 Foot 3 inches, I am a tall short person)

I just adore how pretty that necklace my mum picked out is, might become my fast favourite for a while!! I could stare at it all night, even the photo! But I won't, I have a blog to write!! I decided to match the earrings and the bracelet to the pearl like beads round the necklace, I think it matches pretty well!!
You can see the colour of this coat better in this picture! I love it so much, its just the right length for me and its soooo pretty and fitted in the right places!! I adore it!! Pink is definately invading my wardrobe at the moment! Remember my pink Winter Yumi coat?! Now I have a S/S one to match! (kinda, the Yumi one is even more girly and pink, but twice the price ;) )

The journey from Hampshire to North London is a long one and we are often bound to run into traffic:
Le traffic
Twas around Hindhead, stupid Hindhead, be less trafficy already!!
You can tell I was bored (and very hungry) as I took this photo of a lovely sign I was staring at for ages
I couldn't read my book as my migraine that nearly killed me on Friday is still lurking vaguely in the form of pressure on my brain, so it hurt to read :( Sad times

The most interesting thing on the journey back was seeing a magpie attacking a buzzard, maybe trying to get its food? That magpie was either mightily brave or mightily stupid!! Shame I couldn't get a picture :(

Anyways, thats it for tonight folks, enjoy your bank holiday (if you are in England) or enjoy your Monday (if thats even possible)

Stay beautiful!

Weekend Update

Because titles mean work, and I am poorly right now with Hayfever and EPIC COUGH OF DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM

But enough of my over exageration xD

Hello, long time no blog!! How ya'll doing? I'd like to start with a little thank you first of all too all my new followers!! I love each and every one of you!!

Well first things first, what the hell have I been up to? Apart from procrastinating of course...

Well, I went to Stonehenge for the day :D Twas fun and exciting, but soooo tiring, I was exhausted by the end of it!! English countryside is not flat!!

I'm so attractive sometimes....
And I a little bit of boylove is everywhere!!

Then went to London too see the Tower of London, but I don't really have many pics for that:

I'm on a boat on the Thames. I think, because for all of that boat journey I had my head stuck out over the side with my mouth open, its probably what caused my cough. The Thames combined with London air probably isn't that healthy

This week hasn't really been that interesting, just been baking a lot I make cookies, cupcakes and a chocolate sponge. Nom nom nom!!

I did go out last night to a wedding party and decided to just go BAM with the make up and do messy but sorted hair:

I've also been watching the new series of Doctor Who. For those who don't know what it is:
Wiki Doctor Who
Official BBC Site

I LOVE DOCTOR WHO. David Tennant was an awesome Doctor, but this new fellow, Matt Smith, is brilliant too and I am slowly feeling back to normal with this new Doctor and his geeky ways!! Its a brilliant sci-fi series for all the family and has been going for yonks and yonks, though mostly famous at the moment for the new lot that started about 6 years ago after a few decades of not being on our tvs!!
Here is David Tennant Doctor, and nearly everyones newgen fav Doctor!:

Hes a sexy sexy man xD

Thats everything for now, how have you guys been? What have you been up too?

Remeber to...

Kitty xx
