Sorry I've Been Away!! + New Blog Schedule

Hai guys! So sorry I have been away! 2011 has really been kicking my arse health wise, first a cold, then flu and now a bug and hayfever! I hope Spring will herald some health for me! Obviously more important things have been going on in the world recently, so I doubt anyone paid much attention to my absence! I have been praying and donating to Japan what I can, raising some money with a cupcake sale! I did try to sell some art too but it didn't sell so well, as there were much better artists around! But I might do a sale for more donations for Japan if any of you would be interested in my art!



Anyways, while I have been away, I have been thinking about my blog schedule and I want to change it around about. Outfit posts and looks of the day will be everyday, instead of built up to once a week, so you should always get a post from me every day (Granted I am not pigging ill again!) even if it is just a small one! So here is the 'themes' as you will, for each day;

Monday ~ Living on the Cheap: A feature of my tips to look beautiful and stay healthy as cheaply as possible! Prepare to de-snob yourself when it comes to make up and moisturizers!
Tuesday ~ Free Day (cause its my free day on my schedule too ;D )
Wednesday ~ Fashion Post: Fashions that inspire me, that I have liked or clothes that I want to buy!
Thursday ~ Beauty: Reviews on beauty products I have tried recently
Friday ~ Weight-loss Diary! Follow me on my way as I try to loose up to a stone in two months!
Saturday ~ Pretty Pictures Day: You know this one ;D
Sunday ~ The Week in Photos!

So there we go, please check in tomorrow for my first Weight-loss Diary entry!! I will be posting up an OOTD/LOTD post for today in a moment!

New Blog just for nerdyness!!

While this blog is generally dedicated to my everyday life and make up and stuff, I made another blog for the other side of me, the nerdier side!! Late Haul post

But first FREEDOOOOM!!! College is finally over (finished on Thursday) and I am free till mid September!! I should really look for a job, but I think its going to be time to spend with my boyfriend/friends instead D: I will still try and look for a job though, no fun being poor!!

On the other hand though, if I did have a job and had the money I might not of gone into charity shops! I know some people turn their nose up at other peoples offerings, but in a world with ebay and charity stores and clothes swaps, and of course, recession, I don't think we can afford to be too fussy any more!!

Last Saturday, I went shopping round North End in Portsmouth, where we have little charity shops, a Peacocks, a Superdrugs ect. Just perfect for a quick shop to push down the shopping obsession for another week!

Here is what I bought:

From Peacocks:

This pretty white dress for £10.80 with a student discount (originally £12)

From the British Heart Foundation:

A chinese print bag with a little zipper pocket on the inside for £2.99

A little blue one too! £1.40

And these cute wedges for £2.99!! I love them, and they are comfy too!

From Age Concern Uk

This cute 50's style cardigan!! I love it, it reminds me of the Pink Ladies, from Grease! £3.99!

And finally bought two Gosh nail varnishes for £8. I bought two of the same one, one for me, one for my friend!!

Its 549 Holographic!! Its such a gorgeous colour, silver with a rainbow shine (can't see it so much in the picture) Will do a mini review once I have done my nails properly tomorrow!

I hope everyone in England is enjoying the lovely warm weather and the sunshine!! And that everyone else in the world is enjoying their day!!

Second item is a Kookai black mini skirt, UK size 14, US size 12. Heavier material, but still light. 100% Cotton.



Worn frequently for a year but not so much in the past couple of years.
